EDIT: I get tired of answering the question "Why is Chrona a girls in this comic? Isn't Chrona a male?", so here's the answer;

Different translations, whether it be on the show or on a scantalation site or such, can be biased or can be mistranslated. In all renditions I've seen, Chrona has been referred to as a "he", "she", and a "it." Even official American translations can be off, such as in the American ver. of the Shaman King anime, where the character Opacho's gender was changed from a female to a male.
If something has been officially announced by SE's creator, then please disregard what I have just said and consider this a cracky genderbender what-if comic instead (It's total crack anyway)
